By accessing or using the Abhaile website (the "Site") and participating in any Abhaile LLC community activities, events, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Abhaile LLC. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use our Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Abhaile LLC, an Abhaile community member, or any other person or entity.
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or any connected database.

Abhaile is a community built on authenticity, respect, and mutual support. By participating in our community calls, events, retreats, or online gatherings, you agree to:

• Treat all community members with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of conversations shared within the community.
• Refrain from proselytizing, recruiting, or promoting personal agendas within community spaces.
• Abide by our Community Guidelines at all times.

Abhaile LLC reserves the right to remove any individual from community activities who violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Abhaile LLC or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Abhaile LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Donations made to Abhaile LLC through Venmo or any other payment platform are entirely voluntary and are not required for participation in our community. All donations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Abhaile LLC.

Abhaile LLC is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations may not be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

Abhaile LLC may organize in-person retreats, gatherings, and events. By registering for or attending any event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate in all activities at your own risk.
• Abhaile LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events.
• Event-specific terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of registration.

Abhaile is a community space — not a professional counseling, therapy, or mental health service. The content shared on our Site and within our community is for general informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Abhaile LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abhaile LLC, its founders, team members, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

In no event shall Abhaile LLC's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Abhaile LLC, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Abhaile LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access third-party links at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Minnesota.

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
