What is Abhaile?
Abhaile (pronounced "ah-wuh-lyuh", the Irish word for "returning home") is an online gathering space for those who are burnt out on religion but still hungry for something real. We're not a church. We're not a brand. We're a living room with the door wide open and a table set just for you.
Whether you're deconstructing, reconstructing, or just sitting in the questions — you belong here. No performance. No pressure. Just people being honest together.
What Drives Us
To create a safe, authentic gathering space where people who have been hurt by religion can heal, connect, and rediscover what it means to belong — without performance, pressure, or pretense.
We exist to hold space for the messy, the questioning, and the hopeful — offering real community through honest conversations, shared experiences, and radical hospitality.
A world where people are truly seen and heard as they are — a people first community that values the person in front of us. We recognize the whole person and approach with love and sincerity.
We envision a growing movement of people who choose authenticity over appearance, connection over conformity, and love over doctrine. We build something beautiful from the broken pieces.
